1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing times may be extended during holidays, high‑volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery windows:

Domestic (Cyprus): 3–5 business days

European Union: 5–12 business days

International: 7–20 business days

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Shipping Costs & Customs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

No customs duties apply for orders within the European Union.

Any import fees for non‑EU destinations are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no logos or identifying marks to ensure customer privacy.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Tracking availability may vary depending on the destination and shipping method.


6. Delivery Issues

Secret Touch X is not responsible for delays caused by:

courier services

customs inspections

incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

events outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.)

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

For lost packages, we will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
